Hello, in Version 14 I can not get into menu_object management, would you help me?

If I double click on the menu object I see this, if you don't, have you restarted your PC recently or is this an ongoing issue?

Yulian, you have installed the latest version, and you still cannot edit the menu object?
If so, does this apply to menu objects anywhere else (eg stickybar or a menu placed in any cell/s on any page)??
If the problem persists, perhaps you could advise what anti-virus/firewall/malware software you have installed?
