Text and Picture while resizing / adapting to resolution

I have text and picture areas in one row of the page (as in the attachment).
When I change the size of the page, the picture gets smaller and the column of the text on the left side gets narrower and longer. Is it possible that the text will appear under the picture once there is a space below the image?
Please, see attachment.
Thank you in advance for the advice.

Create 1 object (text object).
Set the picture in there.
Just try and see if this get's what you would like. it depends a bit on the sizes.

I created text object and put a lot of text there. Then I dragged a picture into it. The effect is a text on top of the picture.
I've been trying to add CSS code to "PAGE PROPERTIES / Expert" to implement "float" for "#imCellStyle_n" of an image - but I'm getting nowhere...
add the picture with the button in x5 (image from file) then resize it by taking the edge.
on the top right in x5 you can set how you want the text to be sorted in reference to the picture.
Then you should get somethng that is close to what you want.

You're too fast for me... Sorry, but I don't get it...
1. Do I add a row to the page? Put there Text or Image? Or what?
2. Can you, please, explain what you mean by "add the picture with the button in x5 (image from file) then resize it by taking the edge"?
My questions may be naive, but I'm just learning... Sorry!
Hello G. Thomas,
He means to import the image in the text object and then select the image and resize it.
Many thanks!

OK - I got the text in new row. Is that what you call "text object"? If so, how do I import an image there?
Thomas,
Use only the text object.
double click the text object,
set your text in it, then select the place where you want to the picture (blue circle).
Then select the picture you want there (red circle)
and add your picture. resize it by grapping it at the edges.
Use the green circle if you want to set text to the left or right.
