I think it would be a good idea to have a new ( extra ) option in the sticky bar.

Today you can check for letting it span the width of the browser window.

You can also check for letting it appear when headline rolls out of the shown window.

I suggest a new option : Let the bar be always visible.

This way we can have a fixed bar/header/menu that is always visible and this way a fixed header.

Nothing else has to be changed. Maybe an option where we could specify a background image.

As the sticky bar can be designed for different viewports, then maybe this setting could be for every viewport. If this is too difficult, then just one setting as it is now, with the "show sticky bar"
