Thank you for the links, that it interesting.

But the idea is to make something automated and professional.

If I say this, it's because I manage programming projects and maybe we could propose to work together to create an independent program or include it in your framework.

I think there is a market for that.

The idea, is to manage the products in the website x5 and a program takes the products from csv and the images inside the folders to generate a catalog. In the program, you can choose the model, how to display each product, for example by categories. The model also needs the name of company, addresse, phone numbers, a page cover, etc...

I use Publisher to make the catalogs so maybe generate to .pub file and then work in the publisher files to add pages with examples of realizations according to the products.

Some catalog generators exist on Internet but the base would be website x5. The advantage is to centralize everything around the website so only the work once.

We could propose the program to sell together.

Second, is if report it into idea post, how long it could be available ?

Because, if I can do this with my team, it could be operational quite soon and I can find customers for that too.

Actually, we have more than 1000 products to re-edit into catalog, it's intensive work and each product have options, sometimes up to 36 options for one product.

All must look very professional and I have the examples of catalogs which looks the top professional of the sector.

So I have quite a clear idea of what we need.

If you look on this forum, you will see many, many ideas where INCOMEDIA tells that it is a good idea and it will be taken in consideration.

And then try to look for, how many of those ideas that the developers have "taken in account".

Hard to find !

About the shopping you will, have many things that is needed, but what the system can't handle.

Don't waste your time on posting ideas for this. 

The shopping system in X5 is NOT a professional shopping system - you should face that.

If you wait for things to come, you will have to wait lllooooooonnnnnngggggggg.

The products in X5 is not based on a mysql database. That means, that it is not flexible, and that only a webmaster can maintain products and prices. 

I think we have to use another shopping system, or hope that INCOMEDIA find a partner that has a good shopping system.
