I Cannot access the templates in Version 14 pro. It give a message that says, "It is not possible to complete the download." Please help.

Where do you get this error? Could you please post a screenshot to show that to me, as well as where it appears? Please disable your firewall and antivirus programs, then start the program as administrator.
