Assuming everything else can access the internet on your PC, could you try disabling or temporarily uninstalling any 3rd party anti-virus, malware, firewall or VPN software?
If we can work out what is causing the problem you should be able to add an exclusion for wx5

Kalpesh, we are running out of suggestions. How is your software configured? Are the software and the projects all local? Sometimes working across a network, via a Nas or thru externally devices can cause issues
Is there synch software running (eg OneDrive)?
If everything is standard, have you restarted your modem and your PC?
Your original question regarded only the help link, are you now saying you cannot update/upload your website?
Hi Kalpesh,
Since all of the issue you're getting are most surely related to your network, I believe the issue is to be found there.
We've currently received no reports of such an issue with the network functionalities, which most surely means that something on your end is either blocking the software from connection to the outside network probably, or perhas your Internet connection has some kind of limit we're unaware of.
Would it be possible for you to test this on a different pc or on a different internet connection?
Please do so, and let me know the result
Thank you
Stefano
Maybe an IDEA to check the ethernet card drivers on your pc? is everything updated?
It realy looks like a network speed issu.
Do you own a good payed virus scanner? It can still be a virus that kills your network connection.
Like Stafano say's try a different pc with cable network connection if possible, that's a good call.
Goodluck
