Can not make the floating menu disappear on a web site

Hi, I can not get the floating menu to disappear. I am using v. 16.3.1. I have chosen a website without menu in the template and in the "Responsive Resolutions" checkmark is removed. Nevertheless, it appears when the bottom of the page pops up a menu symbol and when it clicks it shows all the underlying pages. It must not.
Does anyone have an idea of what's wrong

Could you supply us with a link, so we can see what is happening?
I think I had a similar problem. Do you mean the hamburger menu is showing when you want a real one? If so, it is probably that you are not allowing enough room for your menu in your template layout. See template structure at stage 2.
Per, it sound like this is the sticky bar (step 2 Template), make sure you turn it off for every resolution
or simply go to content and delete the menu object
