when buying a site item
I do not get anything on my mail for the purchased product
what setting to do besides this picture?

Try a different mail script.
goto step 1 settings -> advanced TAb -> Data management.
chenge the mail script, then upload and test again.

with other scripts only, the vendor gets a message

I don't know, this depends on your own provider!
X5 has made many scripts so x5 can work with almost all providers. The providers determents how and what will be sent.
So ask your provider, or look in the FAQ of the provider to see what they allow.
Some allow mails from other companies, other providers are only sending mail if the mail adres is from there own mailaccount. Other demand authenticated SMTP and other use standard scripts.
So again, this can't be answered by me or x5, check the provider's rules for this to be sure.
Or test a little bit and see what works...
Best is to use email from provider themself (is safest way) and fill these mailadresses in on several places in x5 and see what comes out, use different mailnames from same provider if possible).
These are the things to folow to get it working.
