The program does not respond

Dear Madam or Sir,
our customer has problem with program after actualization. He starts program, first screen is ok, he opens project, edits it, looks at the preview, closes preview, confirms it and after then the screen is gray, program freezes and posts "does not respond". It always happens.
He tried reinstal program and completely Windows, but it doesnt help.
Can you help us, please?

Update to latest version, download this from profile in the helpdesk here.
top right next to his name pulldown -> download.
install that one and try again.

Do you have any solution?
Does it also happen on a new project?
If not, then export the project in step5, import this exported project and try again.

Hello Andre,
new project is working well. Customer tried export old project in step5, import exported project, but problem remains.
He tried deleted some pages from old project. The more he deletes pages, the better program works.
Customer tried to install program on another computer with Windows 10, and problem remains.
Can you help us, please?
Не оставляйте пустые ячейки, их надо заполнить пустыми текстовыми объектами.
What version does your customer use?
Maybe it's better if he/she can make there own post with a registrated version in his portal.
You can add your licence using top right pulldown -> licences.
This way we can help also better.
