Cant install the 2 objects ive brought iv gone to section 4 looked under licence dont see them ive refreshed but stil

the objects arnt showing up in software under section for objects manager iv refreshed list restarted software the show up in my list of objects brought i have version 16 pro it shows up under "Credits used" ive emailed you no responce contated you on face had an automated reply then nothing id like it sorted please

Pat, whilst logged into this helpcenter, if you click on marketplace in the top menu are the objects you purchase marked as purchased?

yes they are coming up purchashed is there anyway i can down load it direct and install it
Pat, you cannot download from the marketplace as far as I know, but if you have updated the list of optional objects there must be something blocking the site.
I have advised Incomedia of your problem, but in the interim could you please (temporarily) disable or uninstall all anti-virus/malware/firewall/vpn software and let us know if you are successful.

Please disable your firewall and antivirus, then please start the program as administrator. Can you find the purchased Objects now, or do you still have the same issue?
