Can anybody help me to know settings to create a blog?
I am really confisued. Please help.

Goto step1 settings, advanced TAB, then select blog, fill in title. description, create 1 blog and your done.
You want the blog in your menu goto step 3, under special pages you will find the blog, drag it in your menu -> done
