I have already got the update protection version Website X5 17. But when I reinstalled the W X5 on my computer, it has been reinstalled version W X5 16!

That is why, because I do not see the version X5 17 on my account page any more. It is a little bit canfusing.

It appears that version 17 was released after your Update Protection expired. I am aware that a small number of users were mistakenly upgraded at this time.

If you had the presence of mind to allow WX5 to make a copy when upgrading to v17 then you have the only available cost free solution (start updating from the last v16 project).

If you do not have a copy of your v16 project then your only solution would appear to be purchasing the current version of WX5

do you confirm that you have had access to version 17?

If you did, if you duplicated your projects before converting them, which is always the most advisable choice, you can import them in WebSite X5 v16. However if you prefer to work with version 17, you can find an offer for you in the "Offers" section of your Help Center account.
