I have purchased the updated version of X5 Pro and I have entered all of the correct information but each time I come to the "Updating Libraries" section of the setup, my program seems to freeze and not get beyond this point.
I have tried to install the program twice and yet at this point I wait for more than 15 minutes and nothing happens!
Do you have suggestions or is there another link that I should follow, because this is very frustrating.

Brian, please disable any 3rd party anti-virus/malware protection, VPN, etc (ie anything that can interfere with connection to a website).
If this is a first time install for v2019 it can take a considerable time, especially on a slow or dubious internet connection.
If you continue to have difficulty you may wish to go to your profile and click download then get a fresh install.
