Error message downloading template  en

I bought a template and I'm getting the below message.  Any idea how to fix this? error message.

Hello Peter,

The error message suggests that the issue lies not so much in the downloading of the template, but rather has to do with the configuration of your own computer and the way it is currently set up.

To give you an idea of what I mean, please could you have a read through of the following thread:

In the first instance, try to temporarily turn off any anti-virus software which might be interfering with the installation, and check that you have no restrictions within Windows on writing to common folders.

It's also a good idea to always run WebSite X5 as an 'Administrator' rather than as a regular 'User'.

Thanks Paul.  I turned off windows defender and ran the program as administrator and that worked.  Your help is much appreciated.
