Licence key and login requested for each time launching WebSite programme

Each time I am launching the programme (Website X5 Evo), pop-up window appears the guides me through the programme activation. Although having done this already, each time I am launching the programme, I am asked to prompt licence key, email address and in a following window to login in.
Why is that? Is it really necessary to prompt in the data each time I am launching the file?

thank you for your message.
Please check if under C:\Users\ The Admin username \AppData\Local\Incomedia\ there is a folder called WebSite X5 - Evo and if the licence.iwl file is inside this folder.
If this folder exists and the file is there, copy the folder and paste it under c:\Users\ Your Windows username \AppData\Local\Incomedia and then start the program.

In a similar topic - is it possible to install the lincense on a 2nd computer? In other words, can I run the installation a 2nd time on a different computer?

Hallo Adrian, Du kannst hier auch in deutsch schreiben, denn es ist ein deutsches Forum. Zu Deiner Frage: ja Du kannst die Software zweimal installieren auf unterschiedlichen Computern.
