Hello,

I am using 2019.2.7 pro adn I just bought the Players Room template. When I go to download the template I'm getting an error "It is not possible to complete the download". All other templates download without any issue.

Is there away I could just downlaod the zip package from my account?

Hi Paul.

It still want download. I done all the sugestions and even installed 2019.2.7 Evo version and tried to download the template. Every other template downloads without issue but this one I just bought.

Hi John, 

could you please try again after disabling your firewall and antivirus and after having started the program as administrator? Also, if you keep getting the error message, could you please post a screenshot?

I have the same problem with Players Room. Download can´t be completed. See attached screenshot.

I have also installed Website X5 complete new, removed the Template folder. Switched off Firewall and Anti Virus and run the programm as administrator - nothing helps.

Hi, I have disabled the firewall and antivirus on both computers. I am still unable to downlaod the template. I can downlaod any other templete but this one. There has to be some type of error on the server for this template, and now others are having the same issue.
