Fixed background not working for mobile

this bug has plagued webx5 for years and it about time it gets fixed I have posted on it before and the mods will say that its everything but their program i have found definitive proof that the problem is with the incomedia software and not google or edge or whatever browser you use
one picture shows my home page the other shows the login page but the login page is the only page the websitex5 program shows correctly

Stefano from Incomedia gave a definitive response in your previous thread to the effect that the Fixed Background should NOT be working on mobile:

they said it is was the browser, that the only way to see the background right on mobile using the websitex5 is to use Firefox which is unacceptable we've had this bug for years and it's not a browser problem it's a website x5 problem.
This is what Stefano said:
"I can confirm that the Fixed Background should NOT be working on mobile.
This is due to the fact that the specific functionality that the Fixed background makes use of is disable by default on mobile devices. This means that it simply cannot be displayed like on desktop, and for this reason, the image will instead by displayed differently."
His explanation has nothing to do with choice of browser.
The feature cannot work if the components to drive it are not present in the device itself.
