Hello Dmitrij

This kind of error usually indicated that the server is refusing to display the website inside an iframe from the App.

In this case, you need to contact your hosting provider in order for them to analyze if it is possible to allow this connection. After this is solved by them, the app should be able to connect flawlessly.

Please try this out and let me know the result

Thank you

Stefano

Hi Stefano,

the hosting company says, they have no limitations on their side.

What could be other reasons for the mentioned problem?

Thanks.

Best regards

Dmitrij

Hello Dmitrij

This error clearly indicates that the server is in some way blocking the connection of the App to your website.

Please contact them again and report this line to them: "Refused to display 'yourwebsite.com'in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'"

They should know what to do with this in order to unlock the connection to the App

Keep me posted on the situation here after

Thank you

Stefano

Hi Stefano,

you are right.

Its due to Header set X-Frame-Options SAMEORIGIN in htaccess file. After deleting it the App is working well.

However, I had the reason to use this setting in htaccess. "Sites can use this to avoid clickjacking attacks, by ensuring that their content is not embedded into other sites."

So now I have to tell good-bay to this setting. :-(

FYI:

The X-Frame-Options HTTP response header can be used to indicate whether or not a browser should be allowed to render a page in a <frame><iframe><embed> or <object>. Sites can use this to avoid clickjacking attacks, by ensuring that their content is not embedded into other sites.

Hello Dmitrij

Unfortunately, yes. I must confirm that the App strictly needs this option to be configured that way in order to work correctly.

Without it, the App simply cannot work.

That being said, feel free to decide whether you want to make use of the App or rather keep the option on for your website, which could be advisable in case you didn't have much use for any particular option that the App offers

I hope I was helpful

Stefano

Hallo Dmitrij

Stefano
