Katherine, the problem is with Windows and not WX5. I had this same problem. I googled, I hunted through YouTube and trawled the help centre. I never solved the problem. I chose to do a clean install of windows 10 and magically everything works.

Please advise if you fix this issue and how, but be assured that wx5 is not the cause I'm sorry.

I suspected a firewall issue but could not resolve it :-(
