Preview not working

I have a problem with the preview. It takes a long time to appear and when it does it shows no pictures, no menu buttons. The text is all over the place with the sitemap down the left side of the screen. All the stucture of the site has gone. It worked fine yesterday. I have downloaded the software again and this has not helped. HELP ME!!!!!!

Did you try doing the preview with the Ctrl key?

Just tried the Ctrl key, waited minutes and nothing was shown. I have also tried it today without and some of the structure has return but no menu buttons. After this I tried it again and nothing will show now. I am lost for an answer.
Are you using the same default browser. I don't know if this is the problem but it may be worth looking at.
If it worked OK yesterday, I don't see how it could be an X5 problem.

I have Internet Explorer 10,this has been on my pc since I downloaded X5. I had no problems before. Do you think something is blocking it? Thank you

Hi Claudio,
Below is the screen shot of the preview page. Also it only shows it once everytime I login. To veiw it again I have to login again. Very strange.

Do you have chrome with any blocking plugin installed?
Does this happens also with a new project or only with one?

Morning Claudio, I do not have chrome installed so I dont think I have any plugin for it, but not sure how to check for them. I only have one project at the moment so have not tested on a second one. I have tried to update x5 and get a message telling me I cannot connect to the server. See attachment. Could this be the problem?

Claudio, I have managed to fix this. I reset all the settings in IE 10 and the preveiw is now working. It is strange something must have loaded onto it somehow. Thanks for your suggetions as this help greatly.
