Order form going into junk mail

Hi all.
i have a problem with receiving contact form and product order forms. For some reason they all seem to go straight into my junk folder, doesnt matter which email program i use, i have also added my email to the safe senders list and unblocked it from spam but everytime i get a new query or order it ends up back in my junk folder.
Any ideas or help woulds be much appreciated

Maybe the footer note is responsible for this. check it or test without it.
step2 email layout -> footer note.
some providers check also and they good have been misguided so that they may add a spam note. I am not sure here, so you could also check with your provider.

Hello.To minimize the risk of emails getting into spam, add SPF, DKIM, DMARC records for the domain.You can find out from your hosting provider.
