i test your site with IE 9 and it's work, in Firefox you need to download the plugins.

Thank you for that, just checked it in IE too and it works.

I still don't understand why it doesn't work in Chrome and Firefox if I can hear sound on other sites. Are the plug ins for wexsitex5? for the sites built with it to be compatible with chrome & firefox?

Convert the mp3 file in to a "Flash" format (SWF) then everyone should hear it!!

Unfortunately each browser has it's own plugins which are to be installed by the user, if the user doesn't install........ nothing will be heard or seen (Video)

I don't think websitex5 recognises swf it doesn't come up in the window

just looked in the manual and under sound for page it lists wav, mp3, wma or mid format. are any of those compatable with the browsers?
