Email form not working

the email form or contact form is not working. i have uploaded the website and filled the info press the send however nothing was sent to the email i define. but i got back a "Thank you" email for the address i fill in the form. pls help

This can often be a PHP problem. Check that your webhost is using at least PHP 7.2. If not, there is often a way to upgrade this on your webhost control panel, or ask them to update it. Hope this helps.
Eran, is the "from" email address a domain email address (eg you at yourdomain.com)? If the from email address is for instance a gmail address it will not be sent.
If you are using a domain email address for the website you have created it is almost certain Wayne has provided the answer.
