Strange links are opening

I have designed and hosted coiple of sites in which strange links are opening after clicking on button or elsewhere on a webpage.
Link exampleis like this : https://affonix.g2afse.com/click?pid=15&offer_id=2057
Such links are redirected within a second to pages like this : https://www.dream11.com/register?testcode=affpwa2&utm_source=intellectads&utm_medium=cpr&utm_campaign=_388_592&utm_content=20200919
Facing this issue from PC, mobile, tablet also.
Clients are facing the same issues. They think that I have inserted some code to earn money.
Please help me.

No any site is hacked. Its been more than a few months; I am suffering.
So many sites. Almost all which I designed and hosted.
For example :
www.mandarvaidya.com
www.hotelopal.co.in
www.hotelpavillion.co.in
www.amraban.in
etc.

Do any of these sites use HTTPS? I looked at the first two and they didnt. I clicked on both sites in several places and didn't get redirected. Can you let us know which button or areas on these sites take you to those links?
Mandar, I have opened all sites without issue. The examples shown are most likely to be adware or malware on your devices although I have seen this with a poisoned DNS on a modem/router.
However, it could be something local to your hosting account and may not be triggered outside of your region. I would try setting up a domain with a different hosting provider (preferrably one which offers free SSL (eg webhostingworld.net and hostgator.com) and see if the adverts stop.
