The problem is in the PHP configuration on the server , in the path of the folder where the sessions are stored

When we had the same problem last year, we found that it was the premissions on the server side,..we set file(s) premissions to "644", and folder premissions to "755", (in the admin folder via FTP).  How this helps.....

According to my check, there are recent error logs in the /home/webbzmar/public_html/admin/error_log file. Unfortunately, I am not familiar with the structure of your site so it is strongly suggested to contact the site developer for assistance on this.

You need to tell your hosting provider to take care of this:

session.save_path: /tmp 

They will set it for you, you do not need to do this yourself

Try it out and let me know if it works

I apologize but the Staff cannot be of help for this because this file you mention needs to be edited by the Webhosting and we have no access to such files. As explained by other users as well, such an issue can and needs to be fixed by the Webhosting who has direct control over such configurations
