Form object start to produce problems and Database and email informations not working,
and I page suggest me that :
"" Upon investigation, I found that you are using MySQL function and the PHP version set for the account is 7.4 . MySQL function is not compatible with latest PHP version. It is advisable to update the script with MySQLi function to be compatible with latest PHP versions and test the form functionality.""
what should I do?

Dear incomedia,Contact Form objects still not working,
i already switched
" Send data to Database >>>> Send data by e-mail " option to save
now , at least continue to receive the forms,
until ????
if anybody attach any video format in contact form attachment
then Lost the e-mail to the unknown location,
but sender receives automatic confirmation message that
we received his/her form

This is definitely not an issue with the software in its latest version.
v2021.3 fully supports PHP from v7.1 to 8.0. I'm not sure what is reporting this issue. Is it the hosting provider?
I can confirm that PHP 7.4 is perfectly fine with WebSite X5 so if you're encountering such an issue, it is definitely not due to the software
About the email issue, what email script are you using in Step 1 -> Data management?
