the app is not working good after the update when I create new text or new image get frozen for 15 min

Amro, please ensure your PC has been recently restarted (background Windows updates have been known to cause similar issues), but also ensure there are no empty cells on any pages. Please fill every empty cell, row or column with an object. It is not necessary to add content. I simply add a text object.
Empty cells on pages are known to cause WX5 to stall, please advise if this resolves the issue.

i try but still the same problem
i remove the app and folder but still the same I open new data file still the same when adding pictures to the page the app froze

when I change the picture from old object it's work but when I try to save the project the app frozen I think there's problem with saving new data
Amro, I am not aware of any issues with the current version other than indicated above. Please confirm you are only working locally (not to USB or network device), and also that you are not working on a synchronised folder (one drive, Dropbox, etc).
Other than this you may like to temporarily uninstall or totally disable any 3rd party antivirus/malware protection and firewall if you run any.
You say you upgraded. Was this a full version upgrade (eg 2021.2 to 2021.3) or an incremental upgrade?

I did I remove the app and remove all folders and download again, I close the antivirus I create a new page but still the same when I add text or picture the same issue the app frozen

I install the app on another computer is working fine with the new project file but when I convert my project to the new version keeps frozen so the problem after I convert the file !!!! ?
Amro, did you create an iwzip from the old version (step 5, export project) copy it to the PC with the new version and then import it? If not, please do so.
What version is the old version?

Are you sure there are no empty cells at all? Could you please post a screenshot of yours pages on Step 4?
