¿Why is the app asking me for activation? this just happened on ver. 16 and 21
I already activated them, but why is this happening? what if incomedia server goes down sometime? will we get locked out of the app?

The problem is the location of the license.iwl file. If this is in the folder C:\Users\WindowsAdmin\AppData\Local\Incomedia\, you have to copy it and paste it under C:\Users\yourWindowsusername\AppData\Local\Incomedia\.
