This is designed using WX5 V13.
There is a link https://www.dapoliurbanbank.com/feedback---complaints.html but form is not receiving in email after submition. If I put Gmail ID, it works. But when I put ***, it doesn't works.
Please guide me what to do.

Hello.Try to set up sending mail through the SMTP.Use mail with your domain, not GMail.

Mandar, this is a screen shot of my form settings that worked back in v13
I assume you are using a domain email address (admin_hr at dapoliurbanbank.com) it may no longer work if your host has updated some components. As you will be aware if you check the startup screen in v13, much has changed. Is there any reason you cannot export to iwzip and import to your latest available version of WX5?

Mandar, all things being equal it should be a simple matter of going to step 5, export project. I do not recommend including previews or backups, & I always use compression - none.
Note where the iwzip has been saved (or choose your own location). When done open your new version of WX5 and select import (on the page you would normally open your project), locate the iwzip and select it. When you open your re-created project and preview it you will see how much (or how little) work is required to fix inconsistencies.
