Hello!
Can you please tell me how can I do to delete the product price?
I don t want to apear anymore on my catalog, only to some of the products, not to all my products.

You can set this for every object, so if you want some on and some not, then use different objects.
set on off: step4 double click shop object;
settings TAB
select at element pulldown Details, delete price option.

And the separator is always displayed.

So the best is to use CSS code to remove price, quantity, button, separator for a specific product

If I want to hide 10 prices on 10 products I need to use 10 catalog objects ?
If Yes. Not really doable in real life.
