Which version did you use to create the project? Please consider that you can start using one of the included templates, so to just customize the preset contents and save a lot of time.

... this is not exactly true, ... if you know how to do something besides clicking, and if you know the program well (!), you can make the changes and customize your WSx5 projects as you prefer even with extra codes if you are its master ...

Depends how you bought it. If by their shop, there is information in e-mail with invoice and serial no. how receive refund , if by other shop you have to check their conditions.
