There is a lot of alternatives. If the Powerpoint is used to make a slideshow - then it is better to use a "real" slideshow.

If you have an interactive Powerpoint, then you should integrate the Powerpoint.

If you are looking for alternatives, then a good alternative to a non-interactive PowerPoint is a "real" slideshow.

This forum is a special forum. To a simple question you can have a simple answer. But you can also have many answers with alternatives to what you ask for.

We are only guessing. In fact we cannot be sure what you are asking for. Only you know what you are asking for.

There are questions as performance and if the solution will be responsive. As we have not seen your PowerPoint, it will maybe be of no importance if it is embedded as a PowerPoint or not. And maybe there is some text that makes it irrelevant if it is responsive as it is only meant to be seen on desktops, as eventual text will be too small for mobiles.

I have an animation that is interactive and that is responsive. It is html5. Made with WebAnimator.

The animation could as well have been made as a "slideshow" without interaction but with animation.

It is made interactive when the user hovers the Animation. Also when the icons appear. It could have been made so, that instead of hovering it was a click that triggered.

I know the hovering is not good on mobiles - it is best on a desktop.

It is made responsive, but if a mobile is in "portrait" and it is a small screen, it is not optimal.

We can suggest a lot and we can guess a lot - if you could tell some more of what is your PowerPoint, we could maybe give better advice.

Else I will repeat my simple answer: Yes - it is possible  to show a PowerPoint on a page.
