Hello.

"I cannot upload my websites":

1. Temporarily disable your antivirus, firewall and any other protection.
2. Run the program as administrator.
3. Don't use VPN.
4. "I have contacted my internet web host provider and confirmed I have the correct parameters." - Can you connect to your shared hosting with these parameters but with FileZilla? Or another FTP client.
5. Check with your hosting provider to see if they are blocking your home IP. Or perhaps they have some kind of protection that prevents the connection.

"Also cannot re-name an existing website project from “ NEW PROJECT”":

1. Temporarily disable your antivirus, firewall and any other protection.
2. Run the program as administrator.

I can upload the Website files created in X5 through filezilla

However I still cannot upload though Website X5

I disabled the firewall turned of VPN, checked with my provider and they say my IP is not blocked.

I get the following message when I try to upload through X5

" the export folder cannot be found on the server.  Do you want to create the specified folder"

When I click YES I get the message 

"Unable to connect to the server.

Error to folder creation. Please try later"
