dovresti avere un codice da inserire nel sito, come per shinistat. Lo dovrai poi inserire nell'oggetto codice HTML dell'intestazione o del piè di pagina.

Requirements:
To use AWStats, you need the following requirements:
* Your server must log web access in a log file you can read.

If not, you can solve this by downloading last Perl version at ActivePerl (Win32) or Perl.com (Unix/Linux/Other).

Giusto per "tagliare la testa al toro", questo servizio va attivato direttamente sul server. Esso non utilizza script php o js, inseribili dal webmaster, per i conteggi ma direttamente il file di log del server. Solitamente è un servizio fornito insieme all'hosting, dove previsto.
