Bonjour ,
Je souhaite utiliser l'offre d'hebergement de Website , toutefois mon site est chez un autre hebergeur en fin d'abonnement . Lorsque je configure le nom de domaine j'ai le message suivant : Les records DNS ne sont pas correctement configurés dans le Registrar externe ?? Pouvez vous m'aider ou m'indiquer la procedure . Merci de votre aide . Salutations

I do not use WX5 hosting, so my support is limited.
When moving hosts, your domain’s A and/or AAAA record(s) should be adjusted to point to the new host’s IP(s). This will need to be done @ wherever the domain is registered.
If you use a search console, then you may also need update it with the new information too.

Je Signale toutefois le sujet au Support Incomedia car je n'utilise pas cet hébergement depuis un ancien hébergeur pour apporter plus d'aide.

Please try and check the official guide Jiper mentioned and eventually, show it to your current hosting's technical support as well
They should be able to tell you how to configure your DNS with them
