I want to disable the feature that I send an order confirmation email to the customer email. I do not want this function, I want only me to receive the customer order.

Here Incomedia would have to explain whether this option even exists.

Apparently this option is not provided in WebSite X5, probably for legal reasons so that no one can place orders with a different email address.

Order and order confirmation

If a customer orders in your shop, you must immediately confirm the order by email and inform the buyer that the order has been placed. This information requirement for online shops applies to both the B2B and B2C sectors.

@Stefano, and specially to receive an email after the payment.... because with a custom payment there is no action between the website and the custom bank code.

Yes or no ?

Hello Axel,
it is as you mentioned, the option of the e-mail after the payment is related to having PayPal as the payment method.
