Add text option for customers

I would like to have the option to allow customers to immediately type in a text document when ordering a specific product.
I have added a screenshot as an example. On website x5, customers can choose an option, but cannot add any text (or in this case a name).
Is it possible to add this?

Apparently nothing has happened yet, although that shouldn't be a big problem for programmers.
Many, many years ago, as a PHP beginner, I added additional input fields including a storage function to other PHP scripts. The whole thing took maybe 2 hours with the tests as a beginner.

Hopefully it can be added now, after all these years..
I've asked for this a few times myself, because I really struggle with it as a salesperson with personalized products.
