Hallo Zusammen,
ich habe auf meiner Webseite ein Kontaktformular installiert.
Wenn ich im Objekt "Kontaktformular" meine geschäftliche Emailadresse (gleiche Endung wie der Name meiner Webseite.com) hinterlege, wird zwar die Bestätigungsmail verschickt, aber ich erhalte keine Kontaktanfrage im hinterlegten Emailfach.
Das kuriose ist, wenn ich anstatt der geschäftlichen Emailadresse meine private (Endung web.de) eintrage, funktioniert alles.
Meine geschäftliche Emailadresse hab ich überprüft. Sie sendet und empfängt E-mails.
Hab Ihr eine Idee was ich übersehe?
Ich nutze Website X5 Pro 2024.1.3 über Host.it

Ist das einstellbar bevor man die Webseite das erste mal veröffentlicht? Meine Webseite ist schon online. Unter Exort in das Internet kann ich nur noch "Liste des Webhostings"; "URL" und "Zielverzeichnis" anwählen. Ansonsten geht es direkt in den Datenabgleich.

Danke Daniel. Ich hab herausgefunden dass die Option Parameter ist nur vorhanden ist, wenn "Anderer Webhosting- Anbieter" ausgewählt ist.
Wenn ich "Webseite X5 Hosting pro" auswähle, weil ich ja bei Host.it hoste, kommt bei mir rechts neben den "blauen i" nur Werbung und der Parameter Button ist nicht vorhanden.

You can export it in Step 5 - Export, choosing the Export the project option to generate an IWZIP file.
You can then upload the file with WeTransfer.com or similar services, and provide a download link at sales @ incomedia.eu (without the spaces).

from what I can see there do not seem to be errors with the e-mail sending from the Contact Form.
Where are you checking the e-mail *** from, Outlook or another similar client?
If so, you will need to configure it with the new parameters that can be found in your web hosting panel, and the e-mails should currently be visible if you access the webmail here:

Where can I create or view my login details in webmail? i was not able to log in there.
