My program suddenly freezes after working for weeks. I freese if I amke any change on the template content!. i in installed re installed ..checked net frameworks and even backups of my projects. I am a developer and this kind of failure bu X5 is unacceptable.. it impacts my bussiness and make me look like a fool!!! I need this resolved ASAP or else i am going to MAKE SURE! other people dont end up in the same situation!
I tried all your forums and no help . I have ne newest update...All was well and then suddenly it freeze.. It is not my PC!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try to empty the windows temp folder.
Just as a reminder, the windows temp folder is emptied quickly by right-clicking on the start button, choosing "run" and typing %temp%, pressing enter and selecting all the files; pressing delete will delete all those NOT in use.
I hope it works, it costs nothing to try

Eric It just started for no reason. and the program is set for outo update. This is fast becomming a legal issue now! that i wont have any other option but to involve Incomedia legally if this is not sorted out ASAP!
The program is so slow it is ompossible to use ..it takes from 1 min to 10 min to open any preview!
All my pc files and .net frameworks are up to date.
There was nor changes .I literally closes X5 after woking on client sites and the next morning ..nothing worked iup to the point that one project is completely lost now and I have to redo it..
i am not even joking this i going to become a legal issue like in today !

after using x5 in the past I switched back to X5 from another platform . And now i am regretting it!

Please just give me the older version that worked so that I can complete my projects. This is all I ask I dont need all the new updates!
Implications if this is not sorted.
My customer have a contract with me that binds me to deliver a paid for service by end of the day.
If i dont deliver they will sue me for all lossed incured by the downtime of the incomplet website! or I will lose my client best case cenario!
I inturen will sue Incomedia for these penalties. I have no other choice but to consult with my laywer at this point of the day.
All I want is feedback and a solution even if it is an older version.

unfortunately as this is not a software bug caused by the latest update, but something related to an external factor, even reverting to a previous update of version 2025.1 would not allow you to work on the project: you would need to have an older version of the project remaining at 2024.4 instead.

I am legally obligated to my clients and I have contracts that legally obligate me to update my clients' websites 24 hours a day. This means that the posts that my clients want must be online within 24 hours of being posted... Today I have 6 posts that I need to put online in 6 different projects in the Incomedia X5 application. If I violate the contracts, I will be subject to a penalty of €10.00 plus 25% tax.

Maybe i am just an idiot but wont this be a workaround in the right direction:
force WebView2 to run without GPU using an environment variable or command-line flag workaround because of integration issues with Windows WebView2?
