I have a demo shop where it takes about 10 seconds for products to appear in the product search.
Are the products still not displayed after 20 seconds?
My demo shop >> https://findelinks.de/123shop-hosteurope/ (no sale)
Incomedia staff will be online in a few hours and can then analyze the problem if a URL is provided or if an IWZIP file of the project is made available at the staff's request.
Hello Alan,
there are no licence keys on this account, please remember to use the same account where your licence is registered when opening posts, to make it easier to find out what version of the software you have, for example.
Could you provide the URL of the website?
Thank you.

I live in Germany and have noticed that pages take a very long time to load.
The dropdown menus are also unusable, as they quickly disappear when you try to click on a submenu with the mouse.

Hi Daniel, not sure how to slow them down at the moment but my main concern is the show not responding when it loads works perfectly fine within X5 previews but after uploading onto the server it freezes.
Let's name the web hosting provider; maybe there are already clues from other users or the Incomedia staff can do something with the name.

Hello,
inspecting the Product Search page, there is an error caused by a failed database connection which is preventing the page to load:
Please review the parameters used in the Data Management tab in Step 5 - Export ---> Upload to the internet, making sure they are up to date and that there are no spaces or incorrect characters at the end of the password.
