A file on my small blog website is being rejected by the host as being malware

STR|tidak_fileman|XXXX|27/01/26|/home/u2152-ibin2xwzt5hs/www/mollysmission.blog/public_html/res/x5engine.php

I have tried loading a dummy website version with virtually no content, but still get this malware issue.  The site is working fine on https://michael-shea.websitex5.me/

Should I try a different host?

Hello Michael,
have you tried contacting your provider about this, to see what exactly is triggering the malware flags?
I remain available.

Thanks for your response Eric, I am an amateur at this, have used Website X5 over the last decade for a few websites, never encountered any problems with other hosts and wonder if it is just a foible of this host (which I have never used before). I have had numerous 'chats' with their AI bot, and used their scanner, I only get the response that this file is the problem and clean it up before they will publish. I can't clean it up, I could pay them to clean it up (every time I contact them it costs more morney) but in any case the next time I want to upload a new blog entry it will generate the same problem in a nightmare loop. It seems to be created by X5 as a normal thing.  I have deleted all files, downloaded and uploaded them several times. always get the same result. Intially the home page would publish but the rest of it was blocked.

Hello Michael,
this file is always generated by the software, as it is one of the files necessary for the website to work properly.
Do they not have the option to contact a human agent to investigate this, rather than an AI support?
I remain available.

Thanks Eric. There is a tortuous way to get to speak to someone, but what you say about the file is reassuring. I will try reqasoning with them.  I may be back!
