My Licence shows active subscriber but My actual software on my desktop keeps asking me to update even though it states I have the latest version. I didn't pay much attention until I went to use the magic text and wouldn't allow me because I need to update. Not that interested in paying twice in one year.

Please delete the "licence.iwl" file you find on C:\Users\ The Windows username \AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 - Pro and start WebSite X5. You will then be requested to activate the software using the new license.
