My license is expired. When I try to load the black template, and I receied an errored message showing that: An error occurred while loading the project. Could not find the file. Please advice how to fix the problem. Thanks in advance.

I can see that the error is referencing a path associated with OneDrive, could you please make sure the connection to it is currently working?
If you check the Preferences in the start page of the software, is the folder used for storing projects a OneDrive folder too?

Change the OneDrive folder to the PROGRAM FILE directory and it working fine. Thanks
