Blog Comments Marked As Abuse And They Are Not

This is something curious. When people lives a comment in my blog and it is published, after one day (or after i close the Admin page, I am not sure baout the moment), the comment is marked as abuse. I mean, next time I go into de Admin page I find it marked with the red description:
(In red) Este mensaje ha sido reportado como abuso (In red)
(***) Gracias Marta, por compartir y te deseo toda la suerte del mundo...Saludos
I cannot beleive that there is someone wasting his time to mark each and every comment. It seems to be something about the program.

If you want we can go on in this one, as this problem is not solved either and is related with comments in the blog.
I hope you have seen what is happening All the comments made in the blog are dissapearing.

This are the kind of errors that my server supplier found out in my web (there are thousends similar). I copy different arguments just to see if it gives any light to the many problems I have:

try to delete all file of the site and re export all site.
The abuse=0 indicates there is no abuse for that message, the abuse =1 indicates there is an abuse. The default program set all message to abuse=0.

Really? I didn't notice that (ironic mode on). Of course I know the "1" marks abuse and that is what I have in each and every comment in the blog and in the Guestbook since the very first day.
All messages, as i have explained for months start with "0" and turn automatically to "1" next hours. And I have no way to eliminate the abuse mark because it is not previewd in the X5 program that the administrator may decide about what is and what is not abuse. No way to go backwards.
If I delete it all, may I loose all the comments I already have? I have already lost them for three times. Where are they placed?

There is a Malware on your site, your server is not secure.
Your password and your data are reading by the malware.
Probably this malware spy on yourdata, and soallows anotherperson to accessand set thecommentas abuse.

I have asked several times if there is a tool in the X5 to change the abuse mark once they are activated. If it is marked by error, ther is no way to go backwards theough the admin page? At least this you could say.

you can not removethe signof abuseby a comment, you can hide or show.

After changing to another server as you suggested things are as follow one week after:
1. The abuse sign still appears in every comment like it did in the previous server.
2. I have lost all the comments every where (blog and guestbook). I asked about this point in other thread but there are no answers.
3. Spam still comes in, maybe not so often, but CAPTCHA code is completelly useless. I wouls suggest to include in guestbook php file a filter question like it can be done in the email form.
I have notice very little change further than loosing my readers comments. The ones in the blog I had copy/pasted one by one from the email records. But the others are to many and I will do when I am sure I will not loose them again

The '' abuse'' is automatically added under every message, if you don't want it, you can delete it as explained in the other post. If you see every
message as '' abuse'' in the admin section, it could mean that:
-someone is adding the ''abuse'' to all your messages: this happens when your message is posted and it is signed as ''abuse''' after a while.
-a bot is doing it, but this is less presumable. We dont set your messages as abuse automatically.

The spam you receive could be caused by a Malware you have on your pc (this infects all your website files). Our captcha system protection can block bot
eventually but not Malware. Please try to contact a server security expert and ask him to check your pc. We did infact discover some time ago that your website was
attacked by Malware.

I did copy the script but I think I did it in the wrong place. Just changed it a little ago because it did not work and now, eventhough in the admin section are marked as abuse, it is not seen from the site.
About Maleware, I have a suscription to a reknown virus an maleware protection software and I have scanned it several times finding it clean. I also asked to be monitored by the techitians from NOrton and it was clean.
I changed server after your suggestion because the problem could be there. But I got the same result. Every day I receive several spam messages only in the guestbook, not in the blog or the email form. I also changed passwords and user in the admin section, and the name of the file.
When I hide the guestbook in a page that needs a users password to go in, no bots can enter. It is when I leave it like the standard guestbook when I have the problem. No problems either in the email form, because of the written question that has to be answered. It could be easy, if you wanted, to use the same method in the guestbook.
ANd bout the comments lost, I just saw Samantha's answer and it is not a problem of folder as it is just the same and new comments go perfectly there. It is only that the way they are generated they are not kept in the PC and whe you upload the site somewhere else they remain in the previous server. It does not work if you copy/paste, neither if you open a new one and copy the content in the new file generated by the program. I have tried every thing and the file remains empty till someone leaves a comment through the site. The only thing that works is to write down again in the guestbook of the site or the blog all the entries you had.

If a spam bot is there, the captcha will block it. Your problem is probably caused by a person that is clicking on the ''abuse'' option or leaving you
out of topic comments.
If you put your guestbook in a members area infact, the abuse appears after a while, not immediately.
The only thing I can do to help you is write a code that will delete the ''abuse'' function from your website.
Go into Step 2, select your guestbook page and click on the page properties option. In the expert section -please add the following code in the ''custom code''

About the spam, wouldn't it be possible to include a question like in the email form (one of those "right the name you see here: butterfly")? Please, please, please...

you can modify manually the html code of the guestbook or if you want, you can search in internet another guestbook with more customizable option so you can set easily option.

I did try to install another guestbook but I could not make it work. And I do not know html code as to do so without having a model to copy.

Well, no one did but Mr. (sorry do not remember). He suggested one but he needed to enter in my computer.
I have located the guestbook in a registringed area and now there is no spam, but also there are no readers comments. If you improve the filter please let me know. With a suitable question to be answered lik in the email form would be enough.
