First of all, we have released a beta version, could you please download and install it to to check if you still have problems (please read the instructions carefully before).

If you still have problems, please do the following:

• export your project with all the files (.iwzip)
• close the programa and open it. Before you import the project, please delete the old one and check where you are saving your projects in the ''preferences'' section, ''project folder''
• import your project and check again that the files are all saved in the correct folder.

I have done that but it still have sometimes but not all the time and i don't really understand why. I bought the new version 9 and it happened only once so that is why i want to know what is actually causing the pictures to just disappear.

I'm sorry, did you install the Beta version or did you follow the second suggestion? What computer are you working on?
