How can I reinstall Web X5 software after having had my netbook cleaned of a virus?  en

Dear Support Services I purchased WebSiteX5 Evolution 8 in March 2011 and created my website using it on my netbook. Unfortunately I have just had to have that computer cleaned due to a virus and have lost my WebSiteX5 Evolution software. I've tried to reload it but get the following message:

So, at the moment I am unable to carry out any work on my website which I use for my business. I would be extremely grateful if you could help/advise me as to what I should do? I very much look forward to hearing from you. Best regards, Elizabeth

Hello Elizabeth,

If you go in the "download" section of your profile, visible if you click on the "Profile" button on top right, you will find the link to download your copy of WebSite X5 again.
