Menu bar lags behind during scrolling

During scrolling on some of the pages of my site ( www.luijtenduidelijk.nl ), for example the "Apparatuur" page, the menu bar moves over the page during scrolling. It seems to "lag behind". Can I solve this? regards Carlo L.

I now translated your response from Polish, and after searching around in my (Dutch) version, I think I found the right tickbox. Still, I had to empty my browser history before the preview was able to convince me that the problem was gone (is that normal?). Thanks a lot Lech!
