WTF is Error 406?

When I tried to apply update 10.0.2.23 appeared error message 406. I done what is writen on error message window (close all programs) but the same thing happened.

Mayby Website x5 did not close correctly. And it is still in memory, open up your taskmanager, remove all websitex5.exe in process tab. Then try again. Do this during update (directly after the update program has closed X5)
Opening taskmanager depend on you OS. ctrl and shift and escape is the most common keys (all together)

Type in at start -> run -> taskmgr and enter

Ask to the users with Error 406 if they use windows XP. In that event :
May be that's caused by a WebSite X5 process still running, (maybe in background...).
To try to solve this problem, for now, you can ask the users to reboot the pc and run imupdate.exe to automatically install the update, without running WSX5 before. They can also download the full installer from the "Downloads" section of Answers.
The problem seems to occur quite often on Windows XP. Fewerrors onthe French part of the forum too and I'm waiting for theresponses with thissolution...
