Hi, I need to know how i can add images from sliced images in photoshop into Website X5.... See attached capture.

Do you want to add them in the Content section?
If yes you need to add the cells and then use the "Cell Style" option for every object to add the images as background in step 3. Add the objects and then select every object and open the Cell Style. In the window that will appear you will have the possibility to choose the images to add.
