How to retrieve my project file after the sudden PC re-start?

Yesterday, when I was working on my project using websiteX5, my PC suddenly re-set then restart. After the re-start of my PC, I could not re-load my project file anymore. The attached files are screen shots showing the error pop up window. How can I retrieve my latest project file? Please reply as soon as possible, as the case is urgent!

but I still cannot retrieve my project. When I try to re-load the backup project file according to the suggested procedure, a window is pop up with error message "An error occurred while loading the Project. [Error in MXL document (0,00]".
Do you have any solution?

you could try it, but my option are out, sorry !
I Really think it would not matter. if you can open other projects then x5 should be good.
But give it a try it will not harm, and if not post it here, maybe someone from Incomedia can help, or another user ?

If also the backup file gives you the same error then the project cannot be recovered.
Did you have olny one backup fil or more?
If you have more did you try with all of them?

I have tried other back up files, but the project still cannot be recovered. The attached files are photos of error signal numbered in sequence. Scan0 was the start window, and Scan1 was the 1st pop up window telling me that the project was not closed properly. When I continued to try to reload the project, Scan2 error signal was shown in a pop up window. I had tried to load the latest backup file according to the procedures suggested by Andre E. Error signals windows Scan3 was pop up instead of Scan2. Anyhow, I still cannot retrieve my project.
The root cause was the sudden shut-down and re-start of win8 without any pre-acknowledgement, when I was working on my project.
Do you have any solution? My case is urgent!

Hello WING KWONG,
If any of the backup files is not opening then there is no other option to recover the project. Please try to check all backup files because otherwise there is no other option which would make it possible to recover your project.
